Observation

The allegation that the classrooms are out of ratio is more likely than not, valid because during the onsite complaint inspection visit, the licensor observed 2 classrooms out of ratio and during the onsite interviews with teachers, a teacher said she was out of ratio several times per week. The allegation that have more then the allowed group size is more likely than not, valid because during the onsite complaint inspection visit, the licensor observed a toddler classroom with 15 children and 1 teacher and during the onsite interviews with teachers, 1 teacher said one day she was alone with 25 preschool children in her classroom.
